PROFILE
My second career began with Prudential Real Estate Professionals after serving 30+ years in county government, including the 28 years spent as a property appraiser with the Marion County Assessor’s Office.
My experience began with appraising residential and farm properties, and then advanced to commercial properties. During my final ten years with the county, I appraised industrial property. My title was senior industrial property appraiser. I wanted to start a new career in an area I was familiar with so I became a licensed Realtor.
Since becoming a commercial real estate broker I have worked on commercial and industrial leases, market analysis, rent recommendations, listings and closings, 1031 exchanges, and locating properties for investors.
